Project entailed the complete reconstruction of an existing beachfront home under severe regulatory constraints. Portions of the main level were either raised or lowered to eliminate steps and elevator was added to make home 100% accessible. Entire building envelope, including walls and roof, was redesigned and rebuilt to create focused views, sun control, and higher volume. Completed project includes a sheltered Entry Court, a Great Room with Dining nook and Kitchen, a main level Master Suite, and a lower level Game Room, flanked by two luxurious Guest Suites.
